In the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, a joint operation by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) and the resistance movement resulted in the elimination of five Russian troops and the destruction of a military command station.

The military intelligence agency said this a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

According to the statement, an explosion occurred on July 10 at an industrial site that had been repurposed by Russian forces into a logistics hub for personnel and military transport.

“The detonation happened while the occupiers were ‘relaxedly’ unloading military equipment — five invaders from the so-called Russian National Guard were eliminated,” HUR reported.
