According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, describing the situation as of 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15.
According to the report, the Russians launched two missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using two missiles, and 84 air strikes, dropping 154 guided bombs.
In addition, the enemy carried out 5,521 shellings, 90 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 3,842 loitering munitions to strike targets.
The Russian army carried out air strikes on the areas of Shostka in the Sumy Region, Bilohiria, Novodanylivka, Plavni, Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia Region, and Odradokamianka in the Kherson Region.
The Air Force, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas where personnel and equipment were concentrated, two artillery units, and five command posts of the Russian invaders.
There were 20 combat engagements in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors. The enemy carried out 16 air strikes, dropped 39 guided bombs, and fired 372 rounds, including nine from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops carried out five offensive operations in the areas of Vovchansk and Zelene.
In the Kupiansk sector, there were six Russian attacks over the past day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Pishchane, Nova Kruhliakivka, and Petropavlivka.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy launched 27 attacks. Russians attempted to advance in the areas of the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Novyi Mir, Kolodiazi, Serebrianka, Torske, and in the direction of Novoserhiivka and Shandryholove.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 11 Russian attacks over the past day. Russian forces attempted to advance towards Hryhorivka, Ivano-Darivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, four clashes were recorded in the direction of Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out six attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, Dyliivka, and in the direction of Katerynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 55 assaults and offensive actions by the Russian army in the areas of the settlements of Novoekonomichne, Myrne, Rodynske, Fedorivka, Razine, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Poltavka, Promin, Muravka, Dachne, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and toward Volodymyrivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrnohrad.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the Defense Forces repelled 23 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novokhatsk, Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Myrne, Piddubne, Novosilka, Novopil, Voskresenka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, Zelenе Pole, and Temyrivka.
The Russians did not conduct any offensive operations in the Huliaipole sector.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy attacked twice in the Kamianske area.
In the Prydniprovske sector, the Russian army conducted nine unsuccessful offensive operations.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, there were no signs of Russian offensive groups forming.
As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to July 15, 2025, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,036,290 people, including 1,230 people over the past day.
