Russians struck two settlements in Kharkiv Region, leaving dead and wounded

On July 15, the villages of Prykolotne and Kupiansk in the Kharkiv Region were hit by Russian strikes, killing two people and injuring two others.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.

Under the supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into war crimes that resulted in the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on July 15, at around 4:30 p.m., a Russian FPV drone struck a private residential area in Prykolotne, Kupiansk District.

Residential buildings were damaged. A 67-year-old man was killed. Two others, a woman and a man, experienced an acute stress reaction.

In addition, at approximately 7:25 p.m., Russian troops struck Kupiansk. A 69-year-old man was killed.

Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all necessary measures to document war crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyiehubov, said that after the latest Russian strikes, the part of Kupiansk where utilities were still available was left without a centralized water supply.
