
Early in the morning on July 22, Russian occupying forces launched an aerial bomb attack on residential areas in Sloviansk, Donetsk region, injuring four civilians.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“At approximately 4:40 on July 22, 2025, the enemy dropped two aerial bombs on residential areas in Sloviansk. As a result, two men aged 39 and 53 and two women aged 53 and 63 sustained injuries while at home,” the post reads.
The victims suffered blast-related injuries, an open fracture, and lacerations. All of them have received medical assistance.
In addition to the casualties, the strike damaged several apartment buildings and vehicles in the town.
Prosecutors are on site documenting the aftermath of the attacks on civilians. Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, criminal investigations into war crimes have been launched.
As previously reported, Russian forces attacked Kramatorsk overnight with a guided aerial bomb, striking an apartment building. A child born in 2015 was killed, and eight others were injured.
