Russian drone hits civilian vehicle in Kherson region, killing two

In Kherson region, between the villages of Nezlamne and Romashkove, Russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone, killing two people and injuring two others.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office via Telegram, as cited by Ukrinform.

“According to the investigation, in the morning of July 23, 2025, Russian forces carried out a drone strike on a civilian car traveling on a dirt road between the villages of Nezlamne and Romashkove in Kherson district. As a result of the strike, two men aged 44 and 45 were killed,” the statement reads.

Another two civilians — a woman aged 83 and a man aged 58 — sustained injuries and were hospitalized.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched on charges of violating the laws and customs of war combined with intentional killing.

According to earlier reports, in the village of Zorivka in Bilozerka community of Kherson region, a 13-year-old boy and a girl were injured in a Russian drone attack.
