Ukraine and Israel are committed to deepening defense cooperation and implementing promising joint projects in the fields of security and technology.

This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha during a joint press conference with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar in Kyiv, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The head of Ukraine’s diplomacy noted that this is Gideon Sa’ar’s first visit to Ukraine. According to Sybiha, the Ukrainian side sees this visit as a sign of readiness to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

“Today, we had substantive talks on common security challenges, humanitarian and economic cooperation, innovation development, and joint projects. Ukraine and Israel have significant potential in the field of defense technologies. The time has come to realize this potential together, for the sake of the security and stability of both nations,” Sybiha said.
