President changes members of Headquarters of Supreme Commander-in-Chief

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has made changes to the list of members of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

This is stated in the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 546/2025, Ukrinform reports.

“By Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine ”On the Defense of Ukraine” and based on the proposal of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, I hereby decree to include Yulia Svyrydenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine, in the personal composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters; to approve Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, as coordinator of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief,” the decree reads.

The President also approved the following persons as members of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters:

Mykhailo Fedorov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;

Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Defense of Ukraine;

“Remove O. Lytvynenko and H. Smetanin from the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. This decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication,” the document says.

As reported by Ukrinform, on July 24, President Zelensky approved the updated composition of the Deputy Ministers of Defense.
