Zelensky: Pokrovsk sector remains most difficult

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he had received a report from Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi on the current situation on the frontline.

The President announced this in an evening video address on Telegram, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“I spoke with the Commander-in-Chief this morning, and again just now. Updates on the frontline, on our positions, on our activity. Pokrovsk remains under our close daily attention. I want to thank every unit defending this direction – the most difficult one at the moment,” the President emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian occupation forces have concentrated a significant number of personnel in the eastern sector near the city of Pokrovsk, actively involving aviation and equipment.
