Injury toll in Kharkiv rises to 14, top floor of medical facility destroyed

The number of people injured in a Russian airstrike on Kharkiv has risen to 14, including a 12-year-old girl. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service (SES) on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to the SES, the enemy strike partially destroyed the third floor and the ceiling of a three-story medical facility. Insulation material also caught fire, but firefighters have since extinguished the blaze.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, at around 11:30 on Friday, July 25, Russian aircraft dropped guided bombs on Kharkiv’s Industrialnyi district, directly hitting a medical facility building.

Initial reports stated 12 people were injured, with four hospitalized.








At the site of the strike, communication could not be established with three individuals who were believed to be inside the medical facility. They may still be trapped under the rubble.
