On the night of August 4-5, a drone strike in Russia’s Rostov region caused a fire near the Tatsinskaya railway station.
That is according to Current Time, Ukrinform reports.
The acting Governor of the Rostov region, Yury Slyusar, claimed that drones were allegedly shot down over the city of Belaya Kalitva, the village of Tatsinskaya, and the Chertkovo and Millerovo districts. In the village of Verkhnetalovka, Millerovo district, a fire broke out at a power substation, burning an area of 500 square meters before being extinguished.
According to the Telegram channel Astra, which cited local residents, the drone attack in Tatsinskaya caused a fire at the railway station.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Ministry of Defense claimed to have shot down 24 drones during the night of August 4-5, according to BBC News Russian.
The ministry of the aggressor state stated that 13 drones were allegedly downed over the Bryansk region, seven over the Rostov region, and two each over the Kaluga and Smolensk regions.
