Due to the crisis in the real estate market in Russia, the invaders are unable to repair destroyed housing and carry out new construction in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The Center for National Resistance reported the information via Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“Kremlin developers acknowledge the crisis in the Russian real estate market. Due to the curtailment of preferential mortgages and inflation, construction is becoming unprofitable. This directly affects “construction” in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine: in Mariupol, Siverskodonetsk, and Avdiivka,” the report says.
It is noted that the Livoberezhnyi Residential Complex was supposed to be built on the site of Mariupol’s residential neighborhoods, but instead of new housing, only facades for television cameras remain.
“There is no real restoration. Only theft, falsification, and imitation,” the Center for National Resistance notes.
As reported by Ukrinform, the occupiers continue to destroy Siverskodonetsk to build a “Russian world.”
