Russian troops struck the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of Dnipropetrovsk Region, injuring four civilians.
According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported the news on Facebook.
The Nikopol District was attacked by invaders during the day with drones and artillery. They targeted the city of Nikopol and the communities of Marganets, Myrove, Pokrovsk, and Chervonohryhorivka.
Two women, aged 72 and 47, and a 38-year-old man were injured in the enemy strikes in the area. The 72-year-old victim was hospitalized. The rest of the wounded will be treated on an outpatient basis.
The attacks also damaged seven private houses, an unused building, a gas pipeline, and a power line. Fires broke out.
The Synelnykove District was attacked by Russian drones. Hits were recorded in the communities of Mezhova, Velykomykhailivka, and Sloviansk. As a result of the enemy strikes, a 64-year-old man was injured, and infrastructure, a private house, a car, and a power line were damaged.
In the sky over the Dnipropetrovsk Region, air defense forces shot down the invaders’ UAVs during the day.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the evening of August 4 and in the morning, the Russian army attacked the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, using drones and BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
