A championship for FPV drones and ground-based robotic systems took place in Kyiv, with representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in attendance.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Instructors from piloting schools and volunteer initiatives attended the competition.

The program included the following disciplines: speed races of FPV drones with cargo, missions of ground robotic systems in difficult conditions, precision cargo drop from drones (“Bomber”), and military laser tag.

“The scale of the event, the complexity of the tasks, and the number of participants demonstrate the significance of integrating unmanned systems into the military and highlight the exceptional expertise of our operators,” noted the Land Forces.

It should be noted that the program for recruiting and training specialists to work with ground-based robotic systems is ongoing.

According to Ukrinform, in July, Ukraine tested a new series of Stalker fiber-optic drones.
