
One person was killed and another wounded in the Kharkiv region following Russian FPV drone strikes.
According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
In Kupiansk, on August 13 at approximately 12:55, a 72-year-old woman sustained explosive injuries.
Later that day, around 15:30, a private residence in the village of Prudianka, Kharkiv region, was damaged in another drone attack.
On August 12, a 72-year-old woman was killed in the village of Smorodivka, Kupiansk district.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk and Derhachi district prosecutor’s offices, pre-trial investigations have been launched into war crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces also targeted a police vehicle with a drone in the Kupiansk district. Four law enforcement officers responding to a call suffered concussions in the attack.
