In Ukraine’s southeastern Zaporizhzhia region, Russian shelling sparked fires that scorched 11 hectares of land and spread to summer houses, killing one person.
The regional office of the State Emergency Service (SES) reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to the statement, over the past day rescuers extinguished 22 wildfires across the region, including three caused by shelling in the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts. In total, more than 11 hectares of land were damaged.
