
Russian forces attacked the Nikopol district in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in one fatality and one injury.
This was reported on Telegram by Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“FPV drones and artillery strikes on the Nikopol district continue unabated. Nikopol itself, as well as the Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities, came under fire. Unfortunately, one person was killed and another injured. An 82-year-old woman is receiving outpatient treatment,” he wrote.
In addition to damage to a multi-story building, two private homes were destroyed and caught fire. A fire truck was also damaged.
In the evening, the enemy launched drone attacks on Pavlohrad. A fire broke out, and damage was reported at a local transportation company. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
Russian UAVs also targeted the Brahynivka community in the Synelnykove district. Three private homes were damaged, but no one was hurt.
Lysak added that air defense forces shot down four enemy drones over the region.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Russian forces carried out 583 attacks on the Zaporizhzhia region in a single day.
