
Russian forces struck a high-rise building in Kherson’s Central District with a drone, injuring two women and damaging several apartments, Ukrinform reports.
This was reported on Facebook by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Military-Civilian Administration.
“Around 19:00, Russian occupiers attacked a high-rise building in the Central District of Kherson with a strike drone. Several apartments were damaged, and windows were shattered,” he wrote.
Currently, two women are known to have been injured while in their own apartments at the time of the attack. The victims were hospitalized with concussions and shrapnel wounds, in moderate to severe condition.
Shanko added that municipal services have already begun addressing the aftermath of the strike.
Previously, Ukrinform reported that police explosives experts in Kherson neutralized Russian anti-personnel Petal mines discovered on a street in the Dniprovskii district.
