Agents of the ATESH guerrilla movement, who are employees of a plant in Yelabuga, Russia, have documented the construction of a tower with a Pantsir missile system next to the Shahed-136 loitering munition manufacturing plant.

According to Ukrinform, ATESH reported this on Telegram.

“This is direct confirmation that Ukrainian drone strikes have already caused serious damage to the factory, and the Russian authorities are panicking and trying to protect their ‘suicide factory,’” the message says.

However, as the partisans point out, the truth is that no improvised towers or Pantsir systems can save the factory from new attacks.

According to their data, production is under threat every day, and with it, the entire logistics of supplying drones, which Moscow uses to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine.

“The Kremlin can build new towers and cover the factories with Pantsir systems, but this will not save them from retribution. The enemy must know: for every Shahed launched, there will be a just strike,” ATESH said.

The partisans are calling for information about such towers, air defense systems, or military facilities in Russia and the temporarily occupied territories to be passed on to them, and note that a reward is offered for reliable information.
