
On August 29, Russian forces killed one civilian in the Donetsk region – in the city of Kostiantynivka.
This was reported on Telegram by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“On August 29, Russian forces killed one resident of Donetsk region in Kostiantynivka. Another six people were injured across the region during the day,” the statement reads.
According to Filashkin, since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, 3,439 civilians have been killed and 7,916 injured in the Donetsk region.
These figures do not include casualties from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops injured seven civilians in the Donetsk region on August 28.
