The 11th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group brought Russia’s accountability closer.
“Ramstein 11 results: russia is getting closer to Nuremberg II. Each meeting in this format not only provides more useful ‘gifts’ for the Ukrainian army, but also aims to bring criminals to justice,” Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov posted on Twitter following the Ramstein format meeting.
As reported, on April 21, the 11th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group was held at the U.S. Air Force base “Ramstein” in Germany. During the meeting, in particular, the issues of air defense, ammunition, and logistics were discussed.
U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said on Friday that the format members had already provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine with more than 230 tanks, thousands of units of other combat equipment and ammunition, and $55 billion in security assistance.
