Since the start of the day, a total of 102 clashes have occurred between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated this information at 16:00, November 27, on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“A total of 102 combat engagements have occurred on the frontlines,” the post reads.
The General Staff informs that Russian artillery strikes from across the border targeted the settlements of Popivka and Dmytrivka in Sumy region.
In the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled four enemy assaults near Vovchansk and Tykhe.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy launched seven attacks near Kolisnykivka, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and Kruhliakivka. Three clashes are ongoing, with Ukrainian defenders holding their ground.
In the Lyman sector, Russian forces carried out four attacks near Hrekivka, Novoyehorivka, and Torske.
In the Kramatorsk sector, one assault was reported near Bila Hora, which was successfully repelled.
In the Toretsk sector, Russian invaders made five attempts to dislodge Ukrainian troops from their positions near Toretsk; two assaults have been repelled while three are still continuing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces attempted 24 assaults near Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenske, Zhovte, and Chumatske. Ukrainian defenders successfully pushed back 11 attacks, with enemy losses being clarified.
In the Kurakhove sector, fighting continues near Sontsivka, Berestky, Kurakhove, Dalnie, Yelyzavetivka, Antonivka, and Hanivka. Ukrainian troops repelled 21 assaults, while six battles are ongoing.
In the Vremivka sector, Russian forces launched 13 attacks near Trudove, Kostiantynopolske, Rozlyv, Rozdolne, Sukhi Yaly, and Novodarivka. Two assaults are still in progress.
In the Prydniprovske sector, the invaders launched three unsuccessful attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders.
In Russia’s Kursk region, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks, with three engagements still underway.
In the Siversk, Huliaipole, and Orikhiv sectors, Russian troops continue heavy shelling of both Ukrainian positions and civilian infrastructure.
