President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 4,000 North Korean soldiers have already been killed in the Kursk region, and the Russian army has failed to push the Defense Forces out of the area.
The Head of State said this during a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Ukrinform reports.
“We are still in the Kursk region. Russian forces failed to push us out. More than 60,000 Russian troops are concentrated in this area. In addition, there were 12 thousand North Koreans, 4,000 of whom were killed,” Zelensky said.

According to him, it was the strategy of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to drag another country, namely North Korea, into the war.
As reported by Ukrinform, on January 20, Ukrainian defenders repelled a massive assault by Russian troops in the Kursk region, neutralizing almost a hundred Russian servicemen and ten units of enemy armored vehicles.
