Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 30 times throughout the day, damaging infrastructure and private houses.
Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
“The Russian army terrorized the Nikopol district all day long. In total, it attacked the district more than three dozen times. Mostly with drones. They used artillery and dropped munitions from UAVs. The district center, the Myrove and Marhanets communities were affected,” Lysak wrote.
Infrastructure, two private houses, several outbuildings and a car were damaged. Poultry was killed.
The enemy also attacked the Synelnykove district, damaging four private houses.
Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties.
As reported by Ukrinform, on January 28, two private houses were destroyed and 13 others were damaged in the Synelnykove district of the Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of a Russian strike.
