Servicemen of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, in cooperation with allied units, have captured 21 Russian soldiers in Kursk region.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Air Assault Forces Command on Facebook.

“Paratroopers, together with allied forces, have captured 21 Russian army servicemen in Russia’s Kursk region. The prisoners received timely medical assistance,” the statement reads.

The command emphasized that the captured soldiers made the right decision by surrendering to the Ukrainian Armed Forces instead of participating in senseless “meat assaults” without proper preparation or support.

“We urge all servicemen of the Russian army: do not fulfill the fantasies of your dictator — surrender,” the statement added.
