Ukrainian drones Zeus and Hades approved for use in Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has codified and approved for use in Ukrainian Defense Forces units the domestically produced unmanned aerial systems Zeus and Hades.

According to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, citing the Main Directorate for the Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment, these maneuverable FPV drones come in different frame sizes. Thanks to engine adjustments and an advanced control system, they can chase down and strike enemy equipment moving at high speeds.

These drones are capable of targeting field fortifications, armored vehicles, and enemy personnel. Additionally, the aircraft are highly resistant to enemy electronic warfare (EW) systems.

As of February 2025, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry has approved ten benchmark models of combat ballistic helmets for use in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the State Special Transport Service, all of which meet the highest global protection standards.
