Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate, has said he is confident that Ukraine will withstand these challenging times.
He shared this message in a Facebook post early on February 19, according to Ukrinform.
“We will endure,” Budanov wrote.
On February 18, U.S. President Donald Trump made new statements regarding the need for elections in Ukraine. He also suggested that Ukraine bears responsibility for Russia’s invasion three years ago, claiming that Kyiv could have reached a deal to avoid the conflict.
