Ukrainian education startup Headway has joined the Endeavor IT community, which includes global brands such as Glovo, Amazon, LinkedIn, and others.
This was announced by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development – Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“The first Ukrainian company has joined Endeavor. The education startup Headway has become part of a global IT community that helps companies become unicorns,” the report says.
According to Fedorov, Headway has launched five applications for learning through summaries, games, interactive lessons, and coaching. Their products are used by more than 110 million people worldwide.
Participation in Endeavor provides Headway with access to a global network of mentors, investors, and partners, which includes such well-known companies as Glovo, Amazon, Netflix, and more than 1,600 others. Notably, every sixth startup in the fund becomes a unicorn.
“Endeavor opened an office in Ukraine in October, which was an important step that we had been moving towards for a long time. The success of Headway is the first significant result of Endeavor’s work in Ukraine,” the minister added.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Digital Innovation Development Strategy (WINWIN) until 2030, which defines the vision of Ukraine as a leading country in the field of technology and innovation.
