On Sunday, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha reacted to the shelling of Ukraine by a record number of Russian drones, saying that no one should trust the words of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wrote about this on the social network X.
The minister reminded that last night Russia launched a record 267 “deadly drones” over Ukraine, targeting civilians and critical infrastructure.
“This demonstrates that avoiding calling Russia an aggressor does not change the fact that it is one. No one should trust Putin’s words. Look at his actions instead,” Sybiha wrote.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of February 23, the Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down 138 Russian Shahed and other types of attack UAVs, while another 119 were lost in the area.
Since 19:00 on Saturday, February 22, the Russians have attacked Ukraine with 267 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of imitator drones.
