On February 28, energy workers restored electricity supply to 26,590 consumers who had been cut off due to the ongoing hostilities.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine shared this information, as reported by Ukrinform.

“Yesterday, energy workers restored power to 26,590 consumers who had been cut off due to the hostilities,” the statement reads.

Due to damage to energy infrastructure caused by Russian attacks, the transmission system operator has been forced to impose power restrictions on industry and businesses.

The Ministry of Energy has called for the rational use of electricity throughout the day to ease the load on the system, especially during peak hours in the morning and evening.
