In February, Russian troops killed 13 civilians while shelling Kherson, leaving another 113 injured.
That’s according to the latest report by Kherson Municipal Military Administration chief Roman Mrochko, Ukrinform saw.
“We are seeing the sad numbers over February. As a result of Russian aggression, the last month of winter 2025 became the last in the lives of 13 Kherson residents. Another 113 people suffered injuries of varying severity,” the official’s post says.
Mrochko noted that in the previous month, there were only three days with zero casualty reports in the Kherson community, which still did not mean no casualties were suffered as the relevant reports came with delay.
As per the latest report, a 39-year-old man was injured in a Russian drone attack in Kherson.
