The night before, Russian troops shelled Balakliia in the Kharkiv region with drones and damaged a lyceum, administrative buildings, and residential buildings.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
“At 23:57 in Balakliia, there was one hit by a Shahed UAV on the roof of a two-story lyceum building, a fire broke out. The second UAV hit another part of the lyceum, damaging the window glazing, the roof, and the ceiling between the roof and the third floor of the lyceum,” wrote Syniehubov.

According to him, the shelling also damaged the glazing of windows in six apartment buildings, the Balakliia District Primary Health Care Center, windows in the Employment Center, the Center for Children and Youth Creativity, two cafes and two cars.
In addition, Russians shelled Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, Bohodukhiv, Izium and Kharkiv districts over the past day. Residential buildings and cars were damaged there.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the Zolochiv community in Kharkiv region, Russians hit a civilian car with a drone, injuring a 36-year-old man.
