Kyiv donates 400 FPV drones to National Guard fighters

The capital’s community has provided fighters of the 4th Brigade Rubezh of the National Guard of Ukraine with 400 more digital FPV drones.

As reported by Ukrinform, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this on Telegram.

“On behalf of the capital’s community, I have delivered another batch of aid to the frontline defenders. The fighters of the 4th National Guard Brigade Rubezh received 400 digital FPV drones 8 Thermal, which will help destroy the enemy,” Klitschko stated.

According to him, since the beginning of this year, Kyiv has allocated 64 million UAH from the city budget to the 4th Brigade. These funds are used for equipment and urgent needs, which the city transfers to military units upon request.

Last year, the brigade received 435 million UAH from the city budget. In January, the military was provided with 500 FPV drones and 50 Mavic 3T drones.

“This year, the Kyiv City Council has already allocated over 5 billion UAH to support the Defense and Security Forces. Of this, 4.9 billion UAH has been directed to the Kyiv Defender program. These funds cover drones, vehicles, electronic warfare systems, and other necessary equipment,” Klitschko added.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Kyiv community has previously sent 600 UAVs to the frontlines.
