Air defense downs five Russian drones on Kyiv outskirts overnight

On the night of March 12, air defense forces destroyed five Russian drones on the outskirts of Kyiv.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration in a Telegram message.

The air raid lasted for 1 hour and 4 minutes, from 00:45 to 01:49.

On the outskirts of the capital, 12 enemy UAVs were spotted. Five of them were destroyed by air defense, the rest were lost locally or left the airspace.

There is no information on damage and casualties as a result of the falling debris, the KCMA noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of March 12, a furniture store burned down in Fastiv district of Kyiv region as a result of an attack by Russian drones.

A private house was also on fire in Fastiv district, and residential buildings were damaged in Obukhiv and Brovary districts.
