One killed, seven injured in Russian strikes on Kherson region

Russian forces carried out multiple attacks on the Kherson region in the past day, killing one civilian and injuring seven others.

According to Ukrinform, Kherson Regional State Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin reported the strikes on Telegram.

Prokudin stated that drone attacks, artillery shelling, and air strikes targeted several settlements, including Beryslav, Burhunka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Kozatske, Vesele, Chereshenky, Stanislav, Inhulets, Odradokamianka, Tiahyntsi, Olhivka, Oleksandrivka, and Novoraisk. Additional attacks hit Dudchany, Zmiivka, Havrylivka, Dariivka, Sablukivka, Vysoke, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Sadove, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Zarichne, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Novoberyslav, Poniativka, Republican, Sofiyivka, Tiahynka, Chervonyi Mayak, and Kherson.

The enemy also launched a ballistic missile targeting the Kherson district.

Two high-rise buildings, four private homes, a cell tower, an outbuilding, and several vehicles were damaged in the attacks.

According to Prokudin, one person was killed and seven others were wounded as a result of Russian aggression.

As Ukrinform reported, on the evening of May 4, Russians attacked the Korabelnyi district of Kherson with a drone, injuring a 40-year-old woman.
