A legal evaluation will be conducted of the decisions made by all those involved, the National Guard said.

The National Guard has pledged to provide all necessary information and assistance throughout the investigation.

Earlier reports said that a former KGB operative was recently sentenced to 15 years in prison for directing a missile strike on the Yavoriv training ground.
