The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office said this in a Facebook post, as reported by Ukrinform.

The attack on Kostiantynivka occurred at 7:30 a.m., when Russian troops fired cannon artillery at residential areas.

“As a result of the shelling, a 54-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries. Her 27-year-old daughter suffered mine-blast trauma, traumatic brain injury, and multiple wounds to the head, neck, and legs,” the prosecutor’s office stated.
