
A Russian shell struck an apartment building in Kherson, resulting in one fatality and one injury.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“This afternoon, an enemy munition hit a multi-story residential building in one of Kherson’s districts. Unfortunately, a man died at the scene, and a local woman was injured,” the SES reported.
According to the information, a fire broke out in an apartment on the third floor during the shelling. The fire was extinguished.
It is noted that rescue workers operated under the threat of repeated attacks.
As previously reported, a man was killed and four others injured in shelling in Kherson.
