Russia’s war casualty toll since the large-scale invasion is estimated at 1,017,720, including a thousand killed or wounded in action in the past 24 hours.
This is according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.
The Russian army also lost 10,970 tanks (+1 in the past day), 22,908 (+12) armored fighting vehicles, 29,665 (+35) artillery systems, 1,425 multiple rocket launchers, 1,189 (+1) air defense systems, 420 (+4) warplanes, 337 helicopters, 42,477 (+237) operational and tactical-level UAVs, 3,394 (+6) cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, a submarine, 53,415 (+131) vehicles and fuel tankers, and 3,921 units of specialized equipment.
The latest reports on enemy losses are being verified.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, on the night of June 27, the Defense Forces attacked the Marinovka airfield in Russia’s Volgograd region, hitting four Su-34 fighter-bombers, as well as the maintenance base.
