In Melitopol, Russian invaders have opened a new propaganda center – a studio for “bloggers”, financed from the local budget as part of a large-scale media influence program covering the occupied territories.

This was reported by the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement on Telegram with reference to its activists, Ukrinform saw.

“A new propaganda center has been opened in Melitopol – another element of the brainwashing system,” the report says.

As noted, a studio for “bloggers” has been opened, which is financed from the local budget as part of a large-scale influence program across the occupied territories.

One of the organizers, the “military-historical society of the Russian Federation”, wants to educate youths in the spirit of a “winner genetic code”.

As the resistance movement writes, this is yet another attempt at manipulating people’s minds. However, the Yellow Ribbon emphasizes it remains unclear whether the “studio” will actually work or serve exclusively as a front company for money laundering.

“On the positive side, despite their huge funding, Rutube channels covering Zaporizhzhia region barely gain 20–30 views with budgets of hundreds of thousands of rubles,” the resistance movement notes.

However, centers such as this new Melitopol hub pose a threat precisely because of engaging schoolchildren and college students.

As the resistance movement informs, FSB psychologists are currently working in various “educational” projects across Melitopol, and the said hub is likely to become one of them.

Currently, according to the Yellow Ribbon, a week has passed since the opening of the propaganda center, but no students volunteered to join.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, in Luhansk region, Russian invaders have been precisely targeting the younger ones with war propaganda.
