Ukrainian border guards strike Russian drone hub, bunkers in Kursk region

Combat drone operators from the Prime unit of the 5th Border Detachment of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service have struck Russian positions in the Kursk sector, destroying key enemy assets and personnel.

According to Ukrinform, the State Border Guard Service reported the operation and released a corresponding video.

“In the Kursk sector, drone operators of the Prime unit of the 5th Border Detachment continue to deliver devastating blows to the enemy. As a result of successful operations, one armored vehicle, three transport vehicles, a mortar position, a drone launch and control site, three bunkers, and five enemy shelters were destroyed. In addition, seven Russian soldiers were eliminated,” the statement reads.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that Ukrainian Special Operations Forces ambushed and destroyed a Russian reconnaissance group near the border.
