On the morning of July 2, Russian forces launched a drone strike targeting Ukrainian emergency responders in the Druzhkivka community of Donetsk region, damaging a fire truck.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service (SES), according to Ukrinform.

The drone attack occurred while SES personnel were responding to an earlier strike on a private residential area. Fortunately, the firefighters were unharmed, having halted their work and moved to safety in time.

The shockwave from the explosion shattered the fire truck’s windows and deformed several of its compartments.

As earlier reported, members of the “White Angels” police evacuation unit came under Russian drone attack in Pokrovsk. One police officer sustained a leg injury in the attack.
