Combined attack: number of victims in Kyiv rises to 26

In Kyiv, 26 people have been injured as a result of the Russian air strike, including a 10-year-old girl.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.

It has been established that on the night of July 4, Russian troops carried out a combined attack on Kyiv using UAVs, ballistic and cruise missiles. In total, two air raid alerts lasted more than 12 hours with a break.

At this time, 26 people are known to have been injured, including a 10-year-old girl with a leg injury.

The exact number of victims is being determined.

In the Solomianskyi district, residential buildings and cars parked nearby were damaged, as well as a gas station, a college and school building, railroad tracks, and a heating station.

In the Holosiivskyi district, a medical facility was damaged.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, windows were broken in several residential buildings, and a new building that had not yet been put into operation was also damaged.

Debris from the UAV was found in the Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi districts.

The aftermath of the fires and destruction is still being cleaned up.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by SSU investigators.

As reported by Ukrinform, air defense forces neutralized 478 air attack weapons, including two Iskander-K cruise missiles, which the Russians used to attack on the evening of July 3. The main target of the strike was Kyiv.

There were 23 reported casualties, 14 of whom were hospitalized.
