In Kyiv, as a result of a Russian strike on the night of July 4, one of the fire and rescue units and 11 pieces of equipment belonging to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were damaged.
According to Ukrinform, the SES reported this on Facebook and published a video of the aftermath.
The windows of the fire station were broken and the facade of the building was damaged. No personnel were injured.
In addition, a total of 11 pieces of equipment belonging to the State Emergency Service were damaged in Kyiv.
“This is not the first time that Ukrainian rescuers have been targeted by the enemy. Today, the attack targeted the very same emergency workers who lost three of their colleagues during the Russian strike on June 6. The aggressor’s cynicism knows no bounds,” the State Emergency Service emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, air defense forces neutralized 478 air attack weapons, including two Iskander-K cruise missiles, which the Russians used to attack on the evening of July 3. The main target of the attack was Kyiv.
Twenty-six people were injured in the capital, including a 10-year-old girl.
