
During an attack by Russian drones in Mykolaiv, explosions were heard. As a result of the strike, a fire broke out in the suburb, and one person was injured.
This was reported by the city’s Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, according to Ukrinform.
“The threat of drone strikes persist,” he wrote, promising to provide full information later.
Shortly afterward, Head of the Regional State Administration Vitalii Kim reported that a fire had broken out in the suburb of Mykolaiv due to the shelling. “Emergency services are at work,” he added.
Later, the regional head informed that a 51-year-old man had been injured in the attack and was hospitalized.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had warned about drone movement toward Mykolaiv.
Air raid alerts were announced in several regions, including Mykolaiv, due to the threat of Russian drones.
