
As of 16:00, a total of 86 combat engagements have taken place along the front line, 37 of them on the Pokrovsk axis.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“As of now, the total number of combat clashes is 86. Settlements affected by enemy artillery and mortar fire include Khrinivka and Liskivshchyna in Chernihiv region, Velyka Pysarivka, Kucherivka, Novodmytrivka, Bila Bereza, and Seredyna-Buda in Sumy region, and Lemishchyne in Kharkiv region,” the report states.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces repelled 6 attacks today. Enemy aviation launched six airstrikes, dropping 11 guided bombs, and carried out 169 shellings, including five with MLRS.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops attacked five times near Vovchansk, Ambarne, and Kamianka. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, one Russian attack near Zahryzove was repelled.
In the Lyman sector, Russian troops conducted eight attacks near Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and toward Shandryholove. Three battles are ongoing.
In the Siversk sector, two attacks near Serebrianka and Vyimka occurred, one of them is still underway.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the Russians attempted to advance toward Stupochky and Bila Hora; all three attacks were repelled.
In the Toretsk sector, Russian forces tried to breach defenses near Dyliivka, Toretsk, Yablunivka, and toward Katerynivka and Oleksandro-Kalynove. Three assaults were repelled, three more are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces made 37 attwmpts to dislodge Ukrainian troops from Popiv Yar, Poltavka, Myrne, Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Razyne, Lysivka, Shevchenko, Zvirove, Udachne, Muravka, Oleksiivka, Zelenyi Kut, and toward Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka. Ukrainian forces repelled 28 attacks and continue to hold the line.
In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian troops stopped 13 enemy assaults, while five more battles are ongoing. Russian troops tried to advance near Zaporizhzhia, Piddubne, Myrne, Komar, Voskresenka, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, and Novopil.
In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv sectors, no offensive actions were recorded. However, Russian aircraft launched unguided missile strikes on Plavni.
In the Prydniprovske sector, no assaults were reported, but airstrikes were carried out on Mykolaivka and Lvove.
The General Staff emphasized that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will continue to disrupt enemy plans for its so-called “summer offensive.”
As previously reported, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi said Russia had increased its use of missiles and drones by 1.6 times over the past month, while Ukrainian forces have destroyed around 4,000 enemy targets.
