
In the Kherson region, two civilians were killed and four others were wounded during the day as a result of Russian shelling.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.
“According to the investigation, on July 11, 2025, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery, including rocket artillery, and various types of unmanned aerial vehicles,” the report said.
As of 5 p.m., law enforcement officers had established that two civilians had been killed and four others wounded.
In particular, two employees and one visitor to the clinic in Bilozerka were wounded as a result of artillery shelling. Later, during emergency rescue operations, the body of a deceased person was found under the rubble.
The invaders also dropped explosives from a UAV in Kherson, killing a man. Another person was injured in Antonivka.
In addition, the clinic building, private and apartment buildings, and vehicles were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war.
As reported by Ukrinform, in the village of Bilozerka in the Kherson region, Russians fired artillery at a medical facility, injuring a patient and two employees. The body of a woman was also found under the rubble, whose identity is currently being established by the relevant services.
The Russians attacked the Dnipro district of Kherson with drones, wounding a 40-year-old man and killing a 49-year-old cyclist.
