
Russian forces carried out strikes on the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv Region on 12 July, injuring four people.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.
“At approximately 1:00 a.m., an enemy FPV drone hit a multi-story residential building, causing a fire. A 72-year-old man sustained burns,” the statement reads.
It was noted that at 2:00 a.m., Russian forces shelled the city again. The type of weapon used is being determined. A man and a woman were injured in the attack.
Around 8:00 a.m., Russian armed forces conducted an airstrike on the city, leaving a 69-year-old man with blast injuries.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
