
Russian troops have launched a third drone attack on Sumy, this time striking a medical facility and injuring one person.
Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported the attack on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“For the third time today, an enemy UAV has attacked the Sumy community, sparking a fire. This time, the Russians struck a medical facility,” the statement reads.
Preliminary reports indicate one person was injured, and the building sustained damage. Authorities are assessing the full extent of the impact.
Russian forces earlier struck an educational institution in the Sumy community with a Shahed drone, injuring six people.
Another strike was also recorded in the community earlier in the day.
