On July 20, Ukrainian forces engaged in 154 combat clashes with Russian invading forces.
According to a report from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, published on Facebook as of 08:00 on Monday, July 21, the enemy launched two missile strikes and 70 airstrikes across Ukrainian territory yesterday, firing five missiles and dropping 111 guided aerial bombs, Ukrinform reports.
Additionally, Russia deployed 3,316 kamikaze drones and conducted 5,978 shelling attacks on military positions and populated areas, including 54 strikes using multiple launch rocket systems.
Among the targets of Russian airstrikes were the settlements of Plavni, Prymorske, and Orikhiv in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Odradokamianka in the Kherson region.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, 23 clashes were recorded. The enemy carried out nine airstrikes, dropped 12 guided bombs, and launched 356 artillery strikes, including one MLRS attack.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces launched seven assaults near Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Kutkivka, Stroivka, and Starytsia.
In the Kupiansk sector, four Russian attacks were repelled near Kindrashivka, Zelenyi Hai, and toward Kupiansk.
In the Lyman sector, the enemy conducted 20 assaults near Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Novyi Myr, Ridkodub, Shandryholove, Torske, and toward Serebrianka.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian positions were attacked six times in the areas of Vyimka, Verkhniokamianske, Fedorivka, and Hryhorivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, two engagements occurred near Predtechyne and Bila Hora.
In the Toretsk sector, nine assaults were reported near Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, Toretsk, and toward Katerynivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 46 enemy assaults in the vicinities of Poltavka, Udachne, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Zvirrove, Volodymyrivka, Novotoretske, Dachne, Novopavlivka, Orikhove, Oleksiivka, and toward Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, and Filiia.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions 17 times near Yalta, Myrne, Tolstoi, Voskresenka, Maliivka, Zelene Pole, Temyrivka, Piddubne, and Novopil.
In the Huliaipole sector, one unsuccessful enemy assault took place toward Malynivka.
In the Orikhiv sector, no offensive operations were reported.
In the Dnipro River sector, one engagement occurred, with the enemy attempting to advance toward Prydniprovske.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of enemy offensive formations were detected.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Air Force, missile troops, and artillery units struck three areas of enemy troop, weapon, and equipment concentrations, five artillery systems, and one enemy UAV command post.
