Russian forces sustain 1,090 casualties in Ukraine over past 24 hours

Russia suffered approximately 1,044,250,080 casualties in Ukraine between February 24, 2022 and July 22, 2025, with 1,090 soldiers killed or wounded in the past 24 hours.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine’s defense forces have destroyed 11,038 (+9) Russian tanks, 23,035 (+7) armored fighting vehicles, 30,680 (+43) artillery systems, 1,445 (+1) multiple rocket launchers, 1,199 anti-aircraft warfare systems, and 3,533 (+18) cruise missiles. The Russian army has also lost 421 warplanes, 340 helicopters, 47,437 (+256) tactical unmanned aerial systems, 28 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 55,953 (+94) vehicles and fuel trucks, and 3,935 (+1) pieces of special equipment.
